• Satya Prakash Yadav is known for his work in the field of pediatric hematology-oncology and bone marrow transplantation in India.
• He treats children with blood and cancer related disorders at Medanta Hospital, Gurugram, India.
• Primarily his clinical focus is on two areas: Pediatric Leukemia and Bone Marrow Transplantation
• His goal to make BMT and Cell Therapy widely available and affordable to all patient who need it.
• After completion of pediatrics training in Delhi, he went to Sydney, Aurstralia, and worked as fellow, between 2002 to 2005 in pediatric hematology-oncology at the children’s hospital at Westmead
• He has over 20 years of professional experience and established successful pediatric BMT programs at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Fortis Gurgaon and Medanta Hospital.
• He along with his colleagues  performed over 1000 blood and marrow transplants and cell therapies.
• He has successfully performed matched related and unrelated donor transplants/Cord blood transplants, and haploidentical bone marrow transplants for thalassemia, sickle, aplastic anemia, leukemia, primary Immune deficiency and metabolic disorders.
• His key interests include cell therapy, such as CAR-T cell therapy, virus-specific T-cell therapy, and donor lymphocyte infusions.
• He authored numerous publications in national and international journals of his work receiving over 1,000 citations
• He has served as a teaching faculty for the Fellowship of the National Board of Examinations, (FNB) in Pediatric Hematology Oncology for over 10 years.
• He has trained over 30 fellows in pediatric hematology oncology, many of them, now serve as consultants in leading institutions in India and abroad.
