He is an Alumni of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and has completed a one-year Leadership & Management Executive Programme which he received an award in 2016. He received award for Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery from (Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India. He received award for Fellow of the Association of Surgeons of India recognizing his achievements in the field of general surgery.
He works a trainer and educator at prestigious Ethicon Institute of Surgical Education (EISE), New Delhi. and has trained many surgeons regarding advanced minimally invasive abdominal surgery. He works as a teaching faculty at Artemis Hospital and engaged in training and teaching of DNB postgraduate students in General Surgery assiggned by National Board. With his persistent work, National Board granted the unit under his leadership to begin advanced training program of Felowsip of National Board in Minimal Invasive Surgery starting in 2008. He also served as faculty for Fellowship of Indian Associations of Gastro-Endoscopic Surgeons. He actively engaged and part of kidney transplant commitee as well as infection prevention committee. He has been a key member of surgical theater board while activly participate and devlope plans to ensure smooth operations to optimize productivity. His administrative abilities along with his direction have assisted in improving the operating rooom while correct and reduce wasted time throughout operating room transition period. He holds registration with Gujrat Medical Council as well as Delhi Medical Council to practice surgery General Surgery & Minimal Access Surgery.
